The first quarter of 2024 saw notable trends in the health and fitness app sector on the Android platform in Belgium. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the top 5 apps, as provided by Sensor Tower.

Helena, published by HealthConnect N.V., saw a steady number of weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting with 5.4K downloads in the first week of January, it peaked at 7.3K in the second week before stabilizing around 5K-6K for the remainder of the quarter. Health Tracker from Appsky Hong Kong Limited had an interesting quarter with a significant increase in both downloads and active users.
